Who we are

MotionLips (“we”, “us”) creates talking-video messages using the content you upload. You can reach us at hola@motionlips.com.

What we collect

• Account & OAuth data: If you sign in with Google, we request basic profile info (name, email address, profile image) via OAuth to create and authenticate your account.
• Content you upload: Photos, audio files, text prompts, and any metadata you provide so we can generate your video.
• Usage data: Device/browser info, logs, and analytics events to keep the service reliable and improve the product.
• Payments: Limited billing details processed by our payment provider; we don’t store full card numbers.

How we use data

• Create and authenticate your account (including via Google OAuth).
• Process uploads to generate characters and videos you request.
• Provide support, transactional emails, and product updates.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the service.

How we handle Google user data

• We only request basic profile scopes (name, email, profile image) to let you sign in.
• We store your email and name in our database to manage your account. We do not store your Google password.
• OAuth tokens are used only for login/session and are not shared or used to access other Google data.
• We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models.

Sharing

We only share your data with service providers who help us run MotionLips (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments) under confidentiality terms. We do not sell your data.

Storage & retention

• Uploads (photos, audio, text) are stored to generate and deliver your videos. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Account data is retained while you have an account or as needed for legal/operational purposes.
• We use encryption in transit and restrict access to production systems to authorized personnel.

Your choices

• Access/Update: Ask us to view or correct your data.
• Deletion: Email hola@motionlips.com to delete your account and uploads; we aim to complete requests within 24 hours.
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe links are included in non-transactional emails.

Children

MotionLips is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll post the new date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the product or email when possible.
